A painted city: Francesco Verla and the Renaissance frescos in Trento

On the occasion of the exhibition Travels and meetings of a forgotten artist was attributed to Francesco Verla the lost fresco decoration of the Old Town Hall in via Belenzani in Trento. The discovery adds an important piece in the history of city art and provides an opportunity to talk about the rich fresco decoration that in the past adorned the streets of the historic city center.
The itinerary will take over the frescoes exhibited in the exhibition and then continue to the city, where some of the most beautiful and interesting facades of the Renaissance will be analyzed.
