A series of conferences dedicated to Archimedes, the brilliant inventor of the classical age, to whom the MUSE, Science Museum of Trento, has dedicated an interactive exhibition entitled "Archimede. L’invenzione che diverte" ("Archimedes. Engage with inventions") - until 9 January.

This fourth date will take place on:

4 November, at 20.30: “Archimedes in the third millennium”

with Alfio Quarteroni, Professor of Mathematics, Dr. h.c. in Naval Engineering, in Milan and Lausanne

Next dates scheduled:

  • 8 November at 17.30, “Syracuse, a Mediterranean metropolis”, with Maurizio Giangiulio, Professor of Greek History in Trento
  • 29 November at 17.30 with “Archimedes' murder”, with Lorenzo Braccesi, Professor of Greek History in Padua.
