Being Leonardo da Vinci. An impossibile interview
How did Leonardo da Vinci live? What were his passions and secrets?

After the opening, last 23 November 2019, of the exhibition “Il mondo di Leonardo. Codici Interattivi, Macchine e Dipinti" ("The world of Leonardo: interactive codices, machines and paintings ") - which has already been visited by over 22 thousand people - Palazzo delle Albere presents two artistic performances on 6 and 20 February, dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci and his close connections with current events.
The first date is on Thursday 6 February at 18.00: “Essere Leonardo da Vinci” ("Being Leonardo da Vinci") is a play directed and performed by Massimo Finazzer Flory which tells us about the multifaceted genius through "an impossible interview" with questions about his childhood, his activities in civil and military fields, the relationship between painting and science.
Anatomy, psychology, physics, the passion for flying, the relationship with religion, are just some of the countless themes that Leonardo deals with during the show, not failing to dispense sentences and aphorisms to live our time.
The homonymous film, made in collaboration with RAI Cinema and with the endorsement of the National Committee for the celebration of 500 years of Leonardo da Vinci's death, was taken from this play.
Authors / Partners: Massimiliano Finazzer Flory in the role of Leonardo da Vinci, Gianni Quillico in the role of the interviewer.
