Bella Ciao

If there are characteristics common to a nation, in Italy one of these is song and the verse-chorus form. The members of Bella Ciao are well aware of this, and fifty years on from their first performance - in 1964 – they have opted to present a show that in its day sparked the interest of everyone. Once again, the focus is on those popular songs that are an integral part of our country’s history, here enlivened by new arrangements and sophisticated dialogues between sound and meaning under the musical direction of melodeonist Riccardo Tesi.
