| The central Piazza Cesare Battisti will host the second edition of the event "Chocomusic, music to treat the palate!" The big party of artisanal chocolate", during which chocolate masters will wait for you with a rich programme to show the real artisanal chocolate. A gazebo will host "La Fabbrica di Cioccolato" ("The Chocolate Factory") and its machineries to show people all the phases for the production of artisanal chocolate: from the toasted cocoa bean to the creation of chocolate. Adults can join a course which will allow them to know chocolate better: an experience to discover the origins of cocoa and chocolate, with direct testimonies from South America and with the possibility to create real artisanal pralines and chocolate. Children will also have the chance to make chocolates with all needed equipment: aprons, toques blanches, gloves and so on. Domenico Spadafora, star of the tv programme "Detto Fatto" and world-beater in 2009 of the International Exhibition of Pastry of Rimini, will take part in the cooking show and tasting. |
