Communicating natural hazards

Giancarlo Sturloni - journalist and lecturer at the International School of Advanced Studies (SISSA) in Trieste - will converse with Roberto Poli - UNESCO Chair on Advanced Systems and coordinator of the European project "LIFE FRANCA" - on the topics dealt with in the former's manual  "La comunicazione del rischio" ("Communicating natural hazards").

The presentation of this manual is part of the activities of the European project LIFE FRANCA, which promotes the anticipation and communication of flood risk in the Alps. Its mission is to facilitate sharing the information necessary to make informed choices, both individual and collective, to protect our safety and the environment in which we all live.
