Easter and Easter Monday 2022 at the Avio Castle

Picnics in monumental gardens and historical parks, accompanied by baskets full of local spring products, country games and "egg hunts", special visits, walks and guided excursions: these are the proposals of the National Trust of Italy, FAI - Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano, for Easter and Easter Monday 2022 in some of its properties, from north to south Italy.

An opportunity to spend the festive days in the open air, in touch with nature and art, discovering unique places that make moments of leisure special.

At the Avio Castle in Sabbionara d'Avio (Trento) there will be an egg hunt: an opportunity to experience and enjoy the terraced gardens of the fortress and discover the frescoed rooms of one of the oldest manors in Trentino.
It will also be possible to organise a picnic by buying a basket at the Locanda al Castello, while on Sunday and Monday a small market with food and wine and local craftsmanship exhibitors will enliven the Private garden of the Countess of Castelbarco.
