Guided tour of the collections of the Tridentine Diocesan Museum

On Thursday 3 August, the Tridentine Diocesan Museum offers individual visitors and small groups a guided tour of its permanent collection. The guided tour, included in the museum’s admission ticket, offers the opportunity to discover the extraordinary heritage of art and culture kept in the rooms of Palazzo Pretorio. Close to San Vigilio Cathedral, Palazzo Pretorio was residence to the Prince-Bishops of Trento in the Upper Middle Ages.
Until 6 November, the guided tour also includes a brief visit to the exhibition “The Travels and Encounters of a Forgotten Artist. Francesco Verla and the Renaissance”, the first solo exhibition ever devoted to this singular painter, known to the scholars, but little to the general public.
The guided tour is included in the museum’s admission ticket
The guided tour starts at 16.00 at the ticket office of the Tridentine Diocesan Museum. No booking required.
