Guided tour to the Basilica of the Early Christian Basilica of Saint Vigilius

The Museum offers guided tours to discover the archaeological area of the Basilica, a real treasure chest. 

The heritage of history, art and faith kept in this place is immense.

And it is precisely in order to make the most of this treasure, that the Museum has recently studied and created a new visit itinerary enriched with videos, multimedia stations and immersive virtual reality viewers.

In the renewed itinerary, technological solutions allow visitors to relive the past and to understand the complex events of the Basilica in a simple and intuitive way. Traditional media and a special brochure designed for families will also be available: through puzzles, games and riddles, even young visitors will discover the history of the archaeological area by having fun.

In redesigning the new teaching aids, the Museum has placed the visitor at the centre of its project, who is offered a completely new experience: more engaging, clearer and more high-tech than before.
