Habsburg Carnival in Madonna di Campiglio

The splendor of the Court of the Emperor Franz Josef and of the Princess Sissi liven up Madonna di Campiglio during the Habsburg Carnival.

Sunday, February 23

 Waiting for the Carnival... in music

From 5.00 pm: itinerant music and people in historical dresses will enliven the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, waiting for the Habsburg Court. 

Monday, February 24

 Arrival of the Habsburg Court

At 6.00 pm - Sissi Square: the Habsburg Court arrives in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio and open the celebrations of the Habsburg Carnival with music and dances.

 Free, open to everybody.

Tuesday, February 25

 Carnival Party

At 3.30 pm - Sissi square: Kids Carnival, party for children with games and entertainments.

Free. Carnival costumes recommended. In case of bad weather the kids Carnival will take place at Chalet Laghetto (1st floor).

At 5.00 pm: A tea with Sissi.

From 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm: The Habsburg Aperitif, Let’s jump into the past for a special aperitif.

Carnival celebrations go on in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, together with the Princess Sissi, only at the bars partipating in the event (Pub Dolomiti, Cafè d'Or, Caffè Campiglio, Home Stube, Majestic Lounge, Ober 1).

 Royal torchlight skiing

At 6.45 pm - Belvedere ski slope: the Habsburg Court descend the ski run, together with the ski instructors of Madonna di Campiglio.

 The Royal skiing

The Royals and the Imperial Court go skiing on the ski runs of Madonna di Campiglio. Will you meet Princess Sissi somewhere on the ski runs?...

Friday, February 28

Royal Grand Ball

Last day of celebrations for the Habsburg Court with the traditional Grand Ball in historical costumes.

At 6.30 pm: departure of the parade from Brenta Alta square, passing through the centre of Madonna di Campiglio and arrival at Hotel Des Alpes.

At 7.00 pm: aperitif.

At 8.00 pm: standing buffet with the chef Alfio Ghezzi, of the "Cafè & Ristorante" space of Mart - Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Rovereto (Trentino); Ball in historical costumes, music and live orchestra.

With the participation of Carolina Stramare, Miss Italia 2019, in the guise of Princess Sissi!

With fee, € 120,00 (including the compulsory rental of the historical costume).
