Joey Alexander

An incredible talent from the island of Bali who has taken the world by storm. His musical sphere is jazz, which he discovered at the age of six when he was teaching himself to play the piano on a mini electronic keyboard given to him by his father. Since then, Joey Alexander has drawn sustenance from music and jazz, beginning with jam sessions with Balinese and Jakartan musicians before beating a path to world stages, winning major awards and the admiration of music greats. In 2015 he became the youngest nominee for a Grammy with his "My Favourite Things" at only 12 years of age and is a member of the elite community of Steinway Artists.
