National Family Day at the Museum 2017
The Italian war history Museum of Rovereto welcomes families on 7 and 8 October
On 8 October hundreds of museums in Italy are taking part in the fifth edition of the Giornata Nazionale delle Famiglie al Museo (National Family Day at the Museum). On this occasion, the Italian war history Museum of Rovereto proposes two different events on Saturday and Sunday:
Saturday 7 October, at 15.00
- At the castle with Arthur
A journey with grown-ups discovering the castle of Rovereto, accompanied by a very special guide.
Young knights will learn charming stories hidden in the castle's fortified towers, tunnels and cannons.
Event for families with children aged 4 - 7.
Sunday 8 October, at 15.00
- Discovering the museum and the castle
Let's discover the defensive towers and tunnels of the Rovereto Castle and the exhibitions of the War Museum, in order to understand how the soldiers lived during the First World War.
Event for families with children aged 6 - 10.
- 3 € for children over 4 years old
- 5 € for their parents and carers
All families taking part in the event will receive a small present
