A weekend to discover a different Italy: more than 700 places open in 350 cities throughout Italy, from north to south
The Fondo Ambiente Italiano (the National Trust of Italy) presents the FAI Autumn days 2022 - 11th year - on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October with guided tours to 700 usually inaccessible or little-known places in over 350 cities in Italy.
The most important street event dedicated to our artistic, monumental and environmental heritage is back. With courage, drive and above all an overwhelming passion for our country, FAI's volunteers want to "make Italians fall in love with Italy". This is the cultural mission of the Trust: to spread and cultivate the awareness that Italy holds priceless treasures, the foundation of the pride that every citizen feels when faced with the beauty of our country and the solid foundation on which to build the future.
A contribution of € 3 will be suggested for the visits, which will help to support the Foundation's mission. It will also be possible to help the FAI with annual membership, online or in-person on the occasion of the event, a concrete act in defence of Italy's heritage of art and nature.
Each guided visit is independent, and the duration of the visits is approximately one hour. Bookings are not required: the visits will start on a continuous cycle according to the availability of the guides. Meeting point at the FAI volunteers' desk in Roncegno Terme in Piazza A. de Giovanni (in front of the Town Hall) and at the church of Santa Brigida.
