The man who collected bottles
Border stories at the centre of history

Show by and with Pino Petruzzelli
narrating voice: Paola Piacentini
Story of an Italy that resists, works and strives, albeit in silence; in fact mass arrogance has relegated it to silence. Pasquale, the protagonist, is the beauty of a still alive world that throbs and pulsates beneath the ashes.
With this show, Petruzzelli – writer, actor and theatre director - offers viewers the opportunity to make a journey in search of themselves and of others, granting them the privilege of entering into the lives of human beings that are able to illuminate the asleep consciousness.
The event also proposes a parallel offer for children: they will explore adults’ borders through their own eyes and sensitivity.
Through workshops, tales and activities, they will achieve – step by step - a great collective artwork.
The events “The children’s August” are meant for children over 6 years of age and at the same time they allow adults to take part in the scheduled events.
