European Landscape Days 2019
The "European Landscape Days" are an opportunity to learn about and reflect on the importance of landscape protection, management and planning for a future of the territory in harmony with the communities that inhabit it.
European Landscape Convention - 20 October 2000
The European Landscape Days, now in its twelfth year, represent for the Ecomuseums of Trentino an annual event, a moment of sharing and celebration with their communities to reflect on the immense value and importance of the landscape heritage.
Many ecomuseums in Italy and Europe have launched activities for the knowledge, the preservation and the enhancement of the landscape, in line with the Convention's intentions. That's the reason for the promotion of this public event, which aims at pointing out year after year all the activities carried out by the ecomuseums for the knowledge, the active protection and the responsible transformation of the places in which they work.
