Yet, just like last year, the opening of the season will take place at the Teatro “Cuminetti” with "La cucina" ("The kitchen") by Arnold Wesker, performed by the newborn Compagnia Regionale, composed of professionals who were born in Trentino - Alto Adige and who live here.
After that, Shakespeare's Macbeth is directed and performed by Franco Branciaroli.
Liliana Cavani is the theatre director of Filumena Marturano, Eduardo De Filippo's masterpiece, starring Mariangela D'Abbraccio and Geppy Gleijeses.
Claudia Gerini presents her “one-woman show” Storie di Claudia (Claudia's stories) in December, and Luca Zingaretti opens the new year with The Pride, an intense work by Alexi Kaye Campbell.
L'Avaro (The Miser) by Moliere is recasted by Ugo Chiti, starring Alessandro Benvenuti.
Pino Micol stars in La bottega del caffè (the coffee shop) and Gabriele Lavia is L'uomo dal fiore in bocca (The Man with the Flower in His Mouth) by Luigi Pirandello.
