Grande Prosa (The Great Prose) - Theatre season 2017 - 2018
Theatrical performances that range from the classics to the most outstanding expressions of contemporary prose.
This year, the audience of the Great Prose will be taken on a journey in the literature (not only theatrical) of the Twentieth century, from Luigi Pirandello to the French playwright Florian Zeller and other contemporary dramatists such as Fausto Paravidino and Alessandro Baricco, and through novels by Aldo Palazzeschi and Andrea Camilleri.
Excellent soloists will be on stage - such as Marco Paolini and Simone Cristicchi-; stars of the cinema and of the theatre - Raoul Bova, Chiara Francini, Alessandro Haber, Moni Ovadia, Lucia Poli, Milena Vukotic and Natalino Balasso - and prominent stage directors - Piero Maccarinelli, Geppy Gleijeses, Gabriele Vacis, Leo Muscato, Antonio Calenda and Marco Bernardi, who is also the artistic consultant of the theatre programme.
