History Lab
A new season full of history and culture
Many new stories, characters and events will be broadcast on History Lab, channel 602 of the digital terrestrial network and in streaming on hl.museostorico.it , from 12 April and for about two months.
Some are history formats: initially designed for schools, their simple and effective language means they can actually be enjoyed by everyone. These include the dates and events of "Accadde quel Giorno" (It Happened that Day), the small time travels of "Un'immagine, una storia" (An Image, a Story), the lessons of critical method of "Fake" and the histrionic but never banal look at the great events of "Storia in 5 mosse" (History in 5 Moves). The latter format features the collaboration of actor Nicola Sordo.
Other programmes are devoted to collections and objects, such as "Oggi si vola!" (Today we'll fly!), which tells the story of the aircraft in the Gianni Caproni Aeronautical Museum, or "Stuff", which this time brings us to learn about the curious events surrounding six documents that once belonged to the City of Trento.
There is also "Back to Europe", a series that traces an unusual connection between the Fort Cadine and European issues, and "BookLab", our format dedicated to history books with a look at novels.
Finally, there are the collaborations with other institutions such as the "Research Stories" of the University of Trento, or "Visioni" (Visions), a project born thanks to the synergy between the Trentino history museum foundation and Trento Film Festival.
The formats of the new season are viewable on the digital tv channel 602, in streaming on hl.museostorico.it and on the YouTube channel of the Fondazione Museo storico del Trentino: youtube.com/museostorico
