Climate change, slow walking and mountaineering are the focus of the 67th edition

From 27 April to 5 May the longest running international Festival of cinema and mountain cultures is back: 127 films in the official section (from creative documentaries to feature films, from restored classics to contemporary experimentations, from international productions to local cinema), 27 of which in competition, and 144 events between panels, live performances exhibitions and conferences. 

The evening events of the Trento Film Festival range from ecology, mountaineering, music, philosophy and adventure. Many themes sharing the language of contemporaneity.

Fragile friends: trees and forests in a time of changes - After the disastrous storm on the Italian mountains at the end of October 2018, a special program, in collaboration with the UNESCO Dolomites Foundation, will bring the forests into the heart of the 67. edition of the festival

Morocco is in the spotlight at the 2019 festival: in the "Destination... Morocco" section not only extraordinary films and documentaries: the Italian-Moroccan singer Malika Ayane and Mohammed Al Achaari, Moroccan intellectual and politician, will arrive in Trento.
