Architectures in Trentino reprocess constructive ways and artistic theories of different matrix with local peculiarities.
The manifold variations depend in part on the geographical position and features of this region, on wealthy families’ patronages and on the relationships of Trentino’s political and cultural reality with other ones.
The result is a catalogue of architectural types and languages which gives evidence of a great wealth of churches, castles, palaces, villas and gardens, fortifications, industrial architecture and works of modern architecture.
