The man who said no to Hitler. Josef Mayr-Nusser a solitary hero.
Meeting with author Francesco Comina

This book was published for the first time in 2014, then re-edited in 2017 with a new chapter and new photos on the beatification of Mayr-Nusser, which took place in Bolzano on 18 March 2017.
It tells the story of this young SS recruit from South Tyrol, who took position against Hitler.
His companions tried in vain to persuade him to obey and save his life.
In February 1945 he was sentenced to death and sent to Dachau, but he died before for illness and exhaustion.
