The next date with "Utopia500 - Looking for a fairer society," entitled "The Island of Utopia", will be on Saturday 9 April at 20.30 at the Teatro Sociale; “Utopia500” is an annual project promoted by “Il Margine” publishing house and supported by the Servizio attività culturali (Cultural activities Office) of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
Andrea Castelli and Luca Pedron, presented by Vincenzo Passerini, will read some pages from Thomas More's Utopia, 500 years after its publication.
The event will be accompanied by the musical performances of the vocal and instrumental ensemble of the Department of Ancient Music of the Bonporti Conservatory (Renaissance and Baroque singing class with Prof. Lia Serafini): Marta Redaelli, soprano; Mariapia Bortolotti, contralto; Mattia Culmone, tenor; Lorenzo Ziller, bass; Alessandro Baldessarini, lute; Roberto Gianotti, cantor director.
