From 21 to 25 April the libraries of the provincial system make Palazzo delle Albere a “living” venue of culture with THE FEAST OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS, OPEN TO EVERYBODY: get to know the Sistema bibliotecario trentino (Trentino library system), its value, its wealth and its many experts.
Five days to discover that libraries are not mere containers of books but they are multimedia spaces, places where people can meet and think. Here they can meet their needs concerning information, study, research; on the other hand, libraries are also places for workshops and creativity.
New stories and past, to be read, told, listened to, looked at: stories in words, music, pictures, comic strips or in artists' books.
Libraries are places for reading and listening to stories and songs; rooms safeguarding special and precious books, ready to amaze visitors; you can meet authors, listen to skilful storytellers, converse with librarians, attend the presentation of a book, or you can just find out in the web your favourite story, or the information you were looking for.
This is the multifaceted life in the library with librarians, skilful narrators, volunteers and experts.
