Theatre Season: Altre Tendenze (Other Trends)

The season of the Great Prose of the Centro Servizi Culturali S. Chiara will be accompanied by an independent festival whose new name is Altre Tendenze (Other Trends) and that can be part of a unique subscription. The festival, which concerns the most recent expressions of the contemporary prose, is scheduled for five appointments with companies and significant artists of the national landscape.
This offer will be hosted at the prestigious location of the Teatro Sociale, in order to give great exposure and dignity to a perhaps less popular and lesser-known artistic quality.
On the stage Marta Cuscunà, presenting a text about the topic of gender relations, Ascanio Celestini in a monologue about the figure of Christ and Pippo Delbono with the Gospel told through music and words.
will be inspired by Shakespeare to explain the drama of the migrants, and in the end “ricci/forte” will state the pressing topic of homophobic discriminations.
