TrentinoInJazz 2016
A year-long festival
Trentino Jazz is a circuit of festivals (concerts and festivals), which in 2011 joined together in a shared path, a real network, under the name TrentinoInJazz. It’s a great festival, which takes place nearly all over the year in the province of Trento.
The APS Trentino Jazz is the organiser, while TrentinoInJazz is the name of the Festival.
The main goal of the organizers (APS) is to propose jazz concerts, to expand and to become more and more important.
The peculiarity of APS is that of having preserved the local autonomy; this was possible thanks to volunteers, since costs have been reduced and a lot of people have been involved. There’s no centralised planning of the artistic and organisational aspects of the overall network: each of the five original festivals has maintained its own autonomy.
